SHIPPING POLICY - THIS WILL BE UPDATED SHORTLY
Local delivery of flooring materials, mouldings, stair components and other items are charged on an order value basis. We are currently working on updating the website to reflect the different costs of flooring vs spindles for example, as the delivery costs are currently skewed heavily for flooring. The best practice is to contact us for the delivery cost via email and we will return your query within 48 hours, usually less than 24hrs.
Local deliveries require a minimum of 48hrs for delivery, after payment has been received. Please not, payment sent is not payment received, processing times vary from time of year to provider.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns on all flooring is subject to a 25% restocking fee set by the supplier, not Kilt Carpentry. We do however charge a return fee in parallel to to our delivery fees since Kilt Carpentry does not operate a warehouse we must pick up your items and then return them to the supplier.
Exchanges can be made if scheduled with sufficient notice. A delivery or return fee may apply and is up to the discretion of Kilt Carpentry.
